We are in search of a Full Time Director of Nursing to lead, energize and support our amazing team of caregivers and our residents.
The Director of Nursing plays a critical role in providing superior customer service and nursing services to all residents at the facility.
The DON is responsible for planning, development and overall operation of Clinical Services which ensures residents receive qulaity care 24 hours a day.
Essential Functions of the Position include, but are not limited to:
Leading the clinical team in providing quality and compliant patient care.
Assess, direct & supervisor resident care needs.
Monitor adherence to regulatory policies and procedures.
Lead & Manage clinical staff Maintain the comfort, privacy and dignity of our residents and interact with them in a manner that displays warmth, respect and promotes a caring environment.
